How are the levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) defined?
Levels reflect assumed experience and project complexity. Beginner covers core technique and vocabulary; Intermediate expands to production workflows; Advanced focuses on complex installations, art direction, and client management.
Do I need special tools or software?
Basic floristry tools are recommended (snips, tape, wire, vases). We provide downloadable templates and calculators; no paid software is required.
What is included in certification?
Certificate-ready courses include graded checkpoints and a final project review. Upon completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate issued by InicioClarion.
Are there live cohorts?
Yes. Cohort courses feature live feedback sessions and peer critique. Cohort schedules are published in the course descriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 14 days if you have completed less than 20% of the course. See our detailed policy in Terms.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Installments can be arranged at checkout for eligible courses. Taxes may apply based on your region.
Is there mentorship?
Mentorship is included in select cohort courses. You can also book standalone critiques during enrollment.

What is the typical duration of each course?
Courses range from 6 to 14 weeks. Self-paced tracks allow flexible completion while cohort editions follow weekly live sessions.
